Sean’s practice involves legal representation in all types of entertainment transactions and cases. He has extensive experience in related fields such as mediation and litigation.
Sean is one of the few lawyers who has become known for his ability to assemble the “right” team to respond to the unique situations facing entertainment businesses and individuals in the current highly unpredictable economic climate.
In addition, Sean’s understanding of the short term requirements and long term strategies of various entertainment and business matters enables him to provide added value strategy advice in many different entertainment oriented circumstances.
With an undergraduate degree from Baldwin-Wallace College, a performance degree from the Musician’s Institute, a law degree from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and a PhD degree in progress at the University of Memphis, Sean has combined the practice of law with his education in business and entertainment to specifically and uniquely assist his clients.
Sean is a member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (GRAMMY® Awards), the International Entertainment Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association and the Texas Bar Association, Entertainment and Sports Law Section.
Sean has been practicing law for well over a decade. He maintains active law licenses in the states of Texas and Tennessee. Sean is the owner of the firm and his life outside work extends to music, art, film and a strong interest in history and travel.
